*Please note that for participants under the age of 16, this waiver must be read and signed for by a parent or guardian over the age of 18.

In consideration for being allowed to participate in the activities and use the equipment offered by Ifritah, I agree to the following waiver:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I acknowledge and understand that participating in the class involves certain risks.

a. I acknowledge and understand that participation in the class may expose me to the
risk of physical harm or personal injury. This may arise but is not limited to
undertaking physical activity, my fitness level and the equipment used by myself and
third-party participants.

b. I agree to assume all risks, both known and unknown, connected with my participation in the class. I accept personal responsibility for any liability, injury, loss, or damage in any way connected with my participation in the activities.

2. RULES OF PARTICIPATION: I confirm that I will comply with all rules and regulations given by
Ifritah.

a. This includes listening to all safety instructions given by the teaching staff.
b. Maintaining a safe distance between myself and other participants.

c. Not undertaking any other behaviour that could potentially endanger the safety of
myself or other participants. I understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the class.

d. I agree that it is my responsibility to only select classes which are suitable for my
fitness level and experience.

e. If I am injured, pregnant or have an existing medical condition, I will consult my
doctor before commencing a new class.

f. If for any reason I feel any discomfort or pain during the class, I acknowledge that it
is my responsibility to stop participating, immediately inform Ifritah, and seek
appropriate medical attention.

3. DRESS CODE: I acknowledge that closed toe shoes must be worn at all times during
participation in the class. I understand that failure to abide by this requirement may result in
a denial of access to class.

4. EQUIPMENT USE: I agree to use the equipment provided to me responsibly and in the manner that it is intended to be used. I understand that misuse of equipment can lead to injury and/ or damages and agree to be held accountable in such instances.

This waiver shall remain in effect for the duration of the class or course and covers all participation in activities and use of equipment offered by Ifritah during this time.

By purchasing a ticket to this class, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and accept these conditions fully and abide to the assumption of risk.
